An introduction to laying out a Competency-based application form - using a STAR Format. 

Based on an actual case study of a junior manager setting up remote working during COVID. The same  example can be used under two different competencies - but the story has to be told in a different way in each case to illustrate the required behaviours. The devil is in the detail!
